Do you work with pre-launch brands or just established ones?
What's a typical project timeline?
Strategy and identity phases usually take 3 to 4 weeks. Packaging design, another 3 to 5 depending on range complexity. 3D and launch content come after, usually 2 to 4 weeks. A full brand + packaging + content project lands around 10 to 14 weeks end to end. Faster is possible for rebrands or partial scope.
Do you only do packaging, or can you handle full brand identity?
Full brand. Packaging is what most clients come to us for, but it rarely makes sense without the surrounding brand system. We handle strategy, naming direction, identity, packaging, 3D, and launch content as a single coordinated project. You can also hire us for just one phase if you already have the rest.
Where are you based and do you work remotely?
Based in Bucharest, Romania, working with clients across the US, UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand. Everything is remote by default, Zoom or Google Meet for calls, Timezones have not been a problem so far.

What happens after I send the brief?
I read it within 24 hours. If your project is a fit, I reply with a few clarifying questions and we schedule a call. If the timeline or budget doesn't match, I'll say so honestly and point you toward resources or studios that might be a better fit. No ghosting, either way.
